Dokkaebi grew up in an arcology populated by scientists and artists who sought to build a better future. Despite the community’s good intentions, Epis corporation took interest in their science, and used every possible tactic to acquire and take over the arcology, eventually exiling his community. He’s been living on the streets ever since, seeking in his own way to help other communities endangered by greed and power-mongering. Driven by his grudge for Epis and their fellow megacorps, Dokkaebi dedicated his teens to perfecting his infiltration techniques, using not only digital but also social means: he can bait employees to give him access; tailgate an unsuspecting delivery and slip in; or pretend to be authorized personnel. If there is a human weakness in the system, he’ll find it.
